Rainy Thursday missive!

Good afternoon folks,

Since I am homebound today due to the inclement weather, thought I would catch you early.

Loved our rehearsal. Lots of hard work and it is paying off!!! Next rehearsal will be checking parts, mainly on our four a cappella pieces so be ready. I need 72 leaders!!!!

Some quick reminders:

Chamber Concert at Bethel 3;00 on Sunday. This is our kick-off performance before the trip to Sanibel. Be there or be square!!

Last musicianship class this Saturday 10-11:30.

Tickets for the May 5 concert will go on sale next week, both paper tickets and online. Encourage folks to purchase ahead of time since there is a $5.00 surcharge at the door.

Posters will be available soon and they are gorgeous. Thank you Lexi. will be sending out electronically as well.

Look out for an updated itinerary for the Portugal trip in June 2020. Even though the first payment is not due until November, discounts are available to the group if we send a deposit in June. For our Carnegie trip, we were able to discount folks a fair amount doing that. So I will be sending out an interest survey next week as to your
intentions. If enough respond positively, we can move forward with the discount. Accompanying folks are counted into the mix as well as singers.

Very excited for our first soiree on April 14th. The committee met yesterday and if the discussions are any indication of the event, attendees are in for a treat. Please see Lynn Moore if you are interested in receiving an invitation and/or know someone who might be interested. The limit is 50 guests. This will be part of our spring appeal efforts to secure funds for future operating costs.

Very excited to welcome Grace Elizabeth Culotta to the fold. If you would like to send a card, here is the address:

The Culotta Family
229 Meadowvale Road
Lutherville, Md. 21093

Have a lovely weekend and hope to see you on Sunday!
