01/25/2021 – Parent Help @ Rehearsals

Thank you so much for your help in making our first two rehearsals run so smoothly!  Singers have been so prompt and prepared for rehearsals and it has been SO good to be together inside for somewhat of a “normal” rehearsal!

I am also so grateful for our new choir administrator, Melissa Sweeney, who has been with us for the past two weeks assisting with registration & check in.  She will be with us from time to time, but not every week.

In order to make sure our singers are supervised in the rehearsal room as they are arriving, I really need to have one parent volunteer for each rehearsal each week to assist with check-in.  This parent will be in charge of temperature checks and take attendance.  I will have a folder for them to collect any papers or checks that need to be turned in as well.

We should only need each parent to volunteer 1-2 times throughout the spring season.  Please take a moment and sign up to volunteer to help.  If you usually wait in your car each week and are willing to be “on call” in the case that we don’t have someone to help one week, please let me know that too.
