4/07/2023 – Happy Easter!
Dear folks,
Another wonderful rehearsal! Thank you for all your hard work and practice and your support of each other in the learning process. Special thanks to Ryan for filling in for Greg and of course continuous thanks to Wendy and Chestnut Grove for being so welcoming and to Roy for moving us forward to the next level. And to Muffy for rallying the troops. Thanks to Sally for making the DCC Purple Heart and flowers for presentation and to Jean for capturing the moment.
Now on another note! As you all know, my husband and I have been dealing with our house in Sanibel. I have not seen Ray for four months which is the longest time we’ve been apart since getting married in 1974. I was able to get a flight to Sanibel leaving on Monday and returning the next Monday. During this time, I can check out the place, attend Andrew‘s big concert in Key West and check out what my boys look like (that includes Treble). I am leaving you in great hands and know that rehearsal will be exciting and inspiring!!! Greg and Michael will focus on the program for April 30th. Please review everything and be ready to rock!
A couple announcements. If you have not sent your words of gratitude, please do as soon as possible. Please share on Facebook and Instagram all of our special announcements leading up to the concert. Today Katelyn is featured. As you already are doing, please invite, invite and invite. Give the gift of music to your friends and family by encouraging them to come to the concert and to support YOU!!!! We want to fill the hall and only with your help can we do this! An audience is generated by those on stage. We do not want our friends to miss this one!
I will miss you all but feel I need to reconnect with my family and because I have such a phenomenal team, this is possible.
