I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter and enjoyed some of the beautiful weather we had this weekend! I missed seeing our DCYC singers last week, and I’m excited to connect with them this Thursday. We are going to try-out Google Meet this week instead of zoom. We’ve struggled with zoom, so I’m hoping this will be more successful!

I am SO excited to announce our first Deer Creek Youth Choir-intine project: DCYC Social Distan-SING!
We know that music has the power to lift our spirits, change our attitude, turn that frown upside down and so much more. Help us spread JOY by sharing a short song with our community!

Each week, we will announce a different theme. Choose a song that fits the theme and record a 30-second video featuring your voice or instrument performing your song of choice. We welcome you to be creative with your video submission: include your family members, pets, props, costumes – you name it! Sing it however you please: sing-along style, a cappella, karaoke, or learn a few chords on the guitar or piano! Most importantly: HAVE FUN!
