Here is the letter and info from National Concerts:

I am writing as a follow up to our conversation last week pertaining to Alzheimer’s Stories at Carnegie Hall in 2022. Fresh from our designer, I am attaching the package pricing flyer. I have also attached details on our Full Refund Assurance Plan which makes everything refundable. However, please be assured that should we need to cancel due to COVID, everyone would receive a full refund.

Here is our proposed payment schedule should your group elect a 3- or 4-night hotel package:

*$100/person by June 1
**$300/person by September 1
$300/person by November 1
Any remaining balance by February 1, 2022

*Those who register by June 1receive a $50 discount.

**Should anyone drop before September 1, 2021, their deposit can be transferred to the remaining ensemble’s balance. After September 1, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless one elects the Full Refund Assurance Plan (see attached).
