04/22/2022 – Happy Earth Day
Good morning folks,
My sixth day and I feel like a dove being released! I am so relieved to have this experience behind me.
Thank you to those 12 singers who joined the DCYC and Danny last night. Danny was pleased and said it was very helpful. He loved the kids tone quality and had fun bringing the music to light! The big challenge was the second movement. Count count count!
On this beautiful Earth Day, I am taking Danny to Ladew topiary Gardens where he has always wanted to visit. He and his wife Jenika are avid gardeners and in their new home in Lyme, CT. They have 2 acres to work with. They also have chickens!
I look forward to seeing everyone tonight. Keep drinking hot lemon water, gargling and getting well. Sounds like there have been various viruses afloat but I just know we will come together on Sunday for a magnificent program. Keep selling those tickets!
