11/20/2020 – Marty’s Missives – Happy Friday before Thanksgiving!

Dear friends,

Tuesday was simply great!!! We had record attendance and many moving moments. I will miss our zoom get togethers but never fear, we will be back on January 19th with a newly designed semester. Stay tuned!!

Important announcements:

Sunday 3-4 at Bethel Parking lot. Come pick up your Xmas present. If you can’t make it then, stop by the office during office hours-M-Th 9-2.

Also on Sunday, you will have the opportunity to meet our new Chorus administrator Melissa Sweeney. So excited to have her in our choral family.

Tune in on Sunday, 5pm on channel 2, to Blakes Off-the-grid concert featuring the virtual Hallelujah Chorus which many of you are in.

AND on the 25th-drum roll please- Roots will be launched and it is brilliant!!! Please share with family and friends and put on your social media.

In December, there will be a surprise offering by the Ladies Six (a group of ladies from the Chamber Choir). I will keep you updated.

By now you should have received a postcard asking for your support. Nothing would make me happier than if everyone could take a minute and give something to OUR DCC. It has been a tough year for sure but we are determined to stay afloat and come out stronger on the other end.
