02/05/2021 – Marty’s Missives – Beautiful Friday for a DCC missive!!!

Excitement is building for our third virtual choir project. Mark and Danny are collecting your videos and will make them into a magical performance. A special thanks to Wayne for supplying all the necessary info in one place to aid you in your taping. I am proud to say that after much growth in my technical skills, I was able to tape myself. Two months ago, I would never have tried!!!! You have until February 10th. Would love to see at least 50 on our screen. I am sending a recent performance by the Master Chorale of South Florida. It is pretty cool.

I am loving our Tuesday nights together. Our attendance range has been 48-58. Remember if you can’t attend live, go to the recorded session on google docs so you keep up to date.

We received  a lovely personal thank you from the Mason/Dixon community services. I will forward to you in a separate email.

Thanks to all who have submitted quotes on what singing means to you. I will be organizing and sending to Matt Workman on Sunday.
