3/8/2024 – So excited!!!

I am so jazzed to gather at the Church of the resurrection on Greenspring Avenue tomorrow at 10:30 for our annual With one Voice Choral festival. I just got off the phone with Stephen and we have a very exciting experience put together for the seven choirs.

Some final reminders:

Wear all black. Does not need to be formal, but no athletic wear.

Bring your own bagged lunch, and dessert will be provided by DCC. Bring your water bottle because no drinks will be provided.

Invite your friends and family to the free concert at 3 o’clock.

Carpool if possible.

Be friendly and supportive. (Really didn’t need to say this. You already are).

Continued intense work on the Durufle including In Paradisum in preparation for Heidi’s visit on March 12. Thanks to Michael’s assistance, I can
practice the vocal parts. I love them!!!!!

Baritone auditions. Stephen is requesting solo rather than section. So far these gentlemen are going for it: Barron, Adam and Louis.

Run The Chariot Jubilee with our NEW soloist Ryan Wilson. Yay!!   

Stay well, hydrate, practice and enjoy every minute of singing together. It is truly the most precious thing!!! And a shout out to Louise and Laurie F. for their continued healing and to Miriam who we all love!!!! She hopes to be at the concert tomorrow.
