4/17/2026 – Here we go!
Good morning, folks,
It is hard to believe that we have only one more rehearsal at Chestnut Grove for our 19th season. The semester has flown by. Below are very important items for you to take note.
When you arrive at rehearsal on Tuesday, please be warmed up. We will start with movements one and two of the Mass which we did not get to last week. Then we will run the entire program.

rehearsal with Dr. Rardin at the Goucher Chapel. If you have trouble reading in Low light, please make sure you bring something to illuminate your music. We will be starting promptly at 7 o’clock with the youth choir who will be rehearsing beginning at 5:30. Enter the chapel quietly, and Greg will tell you where to sit. Bring a pencil and hydration and light if needed.
Report to Merrick Hall at Goucher. We will warm up and review while the orchestra is rehearsing with Paul. Then he will put everything together from 11 to 1 after which we will have a short break and final notes. Bring a snack and water.
May 3, 2:30 report time and pre-concert lecture is at 3 PM. Concert is at 4 PM.
May 5, 6-8pm membership dinner. More information to follow.
Concert dress – all black. Same as the fall concert.
