We hope that many of you have had time to start thinking about our April 2022 Tour – we are thrilled to have heard from many that your singers will be joining us!
$75 Deposits Due June 25th!
You can turn in your deposit tomorrow at the pool party, or you can also mail it directly to Bethel – 4135 Norrisville Rd. White Hall, MD 21161. Checks should be made payable to Deer Creek Chorale.
DCYC Spring Tour 2022 – FAQ’s
- Will future trip payments be made to Deer Creek Chorale?
- No. Once a deposit is received from each traveler, payments will be made electronically directly to Kaleidoscope Adventures.
- How much will the trip payments be and when will they start?
- After the deposit, there will be 4 payments of approx. $190pp. due in October, November, January and February. You can also choose to pay more earlier on if you wish.
- Can we seek financial support from friends and family for our individual singers trip cost?
- Yes! Each student will have their own contribution page throughWe Travel. Once our group deposit is submitted, families can create this kind of page and share with everyone.

- Are there any Student scholarship opportunities for the Tour?
Yes – Singers are welcome to apply for the following scholarship opportunities:

- SYTA Youth Foundation Road Scholarship program:https://sytayouthfoundation.org/scholarships/road-scholarship
- Will there be additional fundraising opportunities for singers to raise money toward their trip?
- Yes. Ironbird Tickets are the first fundraiser ($3 profit/ticket) and we hope to plan and schedule many more over the next 9 months. We are open to any great ideas you have too!
- Can friends or family that are not traveling with the group attend the concert in Princeton?
- Yes! Families/Friends would absolutely be welcome to attend the Princeton Concert even if they aren’t traveling with the group.
