10/17/2025 – Happy Fall Friday!
What a beautiful morning! Starting to feel that winter chill! Tuesday was such fun! I loved every minute and thank you for the lovely notes I received. Very appreciative!
We have four more rehearsals before dress rehearsal at St. Ignatius. We will finish everything up this Tuesday and then start digging and reviewing and becoming more and more comfortable.
October 21:
Warm-ups 13, 21; as always, if needed, write in your solfege syllables
Ave Verum- two volunteers. Please email me if you are interested.

Finish Icicles and Good-ale. Once again, it is all about the text. Say the words in rhythm, faster and faster and then put the pitches with the words. Have fun in your preparation process and again, those articulators are very important.
Review # 2, 4, 5 (with solo and flute), 6
If time, we will run Snow and Sleigh ride.
I hope you all have been visiting the online auction. Bravo to Melissa for all her work on posting everything and giving very detailed and interesting explanations of the items. We are already halfway there so get on board and do your holiday shopping.
The first concert of the season is on Sunday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary at 4 PM. No tickets required. Please come and support the chamber choir. They have put together a wonderful program.
Tickets are now available online for November 23. We will be having posters soon and Melissa will send out an electronic version. It is very cool! Get it?
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Stay well, practice outside amongst the changing leaves and see you on Tuesday!
