07/06/2021 – WeTravel – Register for our DCYC Tour!
Dear DCYC Tour Singers & Parents,
We are SO excited that you will be joining us on tour next April! We have a wonderful trip planned and it will be so nice to travel as a choir once again. Now that we have received your deposit, you may set up your WeTravel Page. This will be used to make future payments, fundraise and more. Please take 3 minutes to do this BEFORE July 15th. It’s very quick and easy.
Per the attached instructions, you should select one of the packages marked “ADMIN” when registering to bypass the online deposit, since that has already been paid and submitted to the tour company.
Adults/Chaperones should register as “DOUBLE Occupancy”. If this changes once we figure out exact rooming assignments in January, we can make the change then. Ideally, chaperones will room together and singers will be grouped together in QUAD occupancy rooms.
Given that the total cost of the trip could change slightly based on the final number of participants, I would suggest choosing the option to make multiple payments (as opposed to paying in full).
