Deer Creek Youth Choir was thrilled to take a whirlwind 48-hour trip to New York City in June serving as the culmination of a semester focused on Broadway music. Highlights included seeing Wicked on Broadway, a visit to Top of the Rock, a workshop with Broadway actors, lunch at Ellen’s Stardust Diner, shopping in Times Square and so many laughs and memories that will never be forgotten. Was it exhausting? Yes! Was it amazing? Yes! DCYC in NYC was an absolute blast!
