Welcome to the Deer Creek Youth Choir!

All forms and tuition payments must be received prior to your child attending rehearsal.

To complete your registration:

• Fill out the DCYC Registration form at the bottom of this page.
• The DCYC Registration form does not require payment.  Once you have registered, you will receive an invite via e-mail to create a profile in our DCYC Chorus Connection Page. 
• After you navigate into Chorus Connection, look in the upper right-hand corner under “My Account,” and you’ll see a drop-down menu for the “Payments Center,” through which you may make payment for your singer’s tuition.  If you are having trouble accessing Chorus Connection, please email Melissa Sweeney – msweeney@deercreekchorale.org
• Chorus Connection will be our home base for all tuition and uniform payments, DCYC Calendar, DCYC e-mail records, Practice Recordings, Message Boards to connect with other singers/parents, and more. 

Tuition

Tuition for the full 2023-2024 season is $425. Tuition can also be paid in 2 payments: $225 by September 1st and $200 by November 1st.  While singers are encouraged to register for the full year, we do allow singers to register for Fall only ($225) or Spring only ($300).  We are happy to offer a $50 sibling discount on the 2nd child’s tuition. 

Concert Attire

DCYC singers will need both formal and informal concert attire. New singers will be sized at our DCYC Welcome Night or at our first rehearsal. A Used Uniform Sale is held at the Welcome Night to give all singers at opportunity to purchase gently used concert attire pieces. If you do not find your needed concert attire at the Used Uniform Sale, we will order new items for your singer and your chorus connection account will be billed ($70 for formal concert attire and $15 for the teal DCYC t-shirt).
