12/24/2025 – A special Christmas greeting and gift!

Greetings from Key West,

Here’s wishing you a fabulous Christmas/Hanukkah season and looking forward to an amazing new year of music making! As I said in my previous email, the DCC organization is the gift that keeps on giving. It is such a privilege to be part of this incredible family.

A dream has come true! Jason Max Ferdinand, who I finally met at the wedding in Savannah, will be our guest clinician on March 17. I am not sure how many of you are aware of his importance! He is transforming the choral art with his passion, musicality, and incredible connection with both singers and audiences. I am convinced that this would never have happened without all the stars aligning.

We will begin our preparations for him and for our exciting spring season on January 20. Donna will have your packets prepared and please plan to arrive early to pick them up. There will be two additional pieces which you will need to purchase for a nominal fee. More information on that later. At this writing, we will be welcoming 10 new singers, five of which are basses. Registration will close for the spring semester on January 1. We could still take some tenor and alto singers.

I want to thank everyone for an incredible Fall 2025 season and I look forward to our next chapter.

Sending love and hugs,

Marty
