Subject: Dress rehearsal recap!
My dearest choristers –
What a pleasure today was! I’m thrilled with how you all sounded today and the flexibility you brought to this rehearsal; a year in the making and you didn’t disappoint! Please know how happy I am with the progress we made today (even if my frantic-self didn’t show it). You each brought your whole self to this music. In your pre-concert preparations, please warm-up, drink water, and stretch a bit. This is a big sing and a long stand. I want us to be as comfortable as possible while singing your best.
For the Durufle – when in doubt, watch me. Set your nerves aside and sing into each moment. Each note should be pure and classical. Listen big and watch, watch, watch.
Please be ready to go at 2:30pm in the balcony.

Please respect Roy’s pre-concert warm-up time. He will be playing the organ in the hall after 1:30pm. And YAY ROY! You sound wonderful!
We will spot check a few selections and then you’ll have a bit of downtime before 4pm. Please scroll down for extended parking information, an invitation to join us post-concert, set-up crew call time and the photographer call list.
See you tomorrow! Humbly yours,
Heidi
From Sophie – FC social chair
Parking is available at three garages downtown, all within approximately 0.25 miles of the church.
Carroll Creek Garage (44 E Patrick St)
Church Street Garage (17 E Church St)
Court Street Garage (2 S Court St)
Street parking is also an option and is free on Sundays. Garage parking is NOT free on Sundays after 2pm, unfortunately! Downtown Frederick is very busy on weekends, so allow yourself plenty of time to find parking before rehearsal.
Please join us for a post-concert celebration at Frederick Social (50 Citizens Way). This is a self-pour taphouse with plentiful beverage and food options. Families and friends are welcome to tag along! You do not need to RSVP; just find Sophie after the concert if you need directions or want to head over together.
