Our 2021-2022 Charitable Partner: First Fruits Farm

Deer Creek Chorale sings locally and gives globally. Annual charitable projects allow members to engage in the community-at-large by dedicating time and effort to help others. This dual mission makes us unique from other community choirs. This year’s charitable partner is First Fruits Farm, an organization dedicated to providing fresh, nutritious produce to those experiencing hunger in the Mid-Atlantic region. At our first visit we were able to harvest 42,000 pounds of potatoes. Many hands make light work! We can’t wait to go again. Special thanks to Tracey Grumbach for the photos.
