With One Voice – A Community Choral Celebration

What a wonderful celebration of community and singing! Though the weather outside was gloomy all day, the atmosphere inside Church of the Resurrection on March 9, 2024 for the With One Voice Choral Festival was uplifting and encouraging. The day began with collaborative warmups, followed by separate group rehearsals and then a group sing rehearsal before the free concert at 3pm. The sanctuary was filled to overflowing with a receptive audience and the performances highlighted both the uniqueness of each group as well as the unity when brought together. Featured ensembles included: The Maryland State Boychoir Concert Choir, Goucher Choral Society, Deer Creek Youth Choir, North Harford High School Treble Choir, Towson University Men’s Choir and Deer Creek Chorale.
